We've designed a cleaning system that you can afford.   The Value House Cleaning goal is to offer quality cleaning at a value price.  Most cleaning services charge between $120 and $150 (depending on house size) to clean a house.  But not VHC.

THE VHC PRICE ADVANTAGE

With most house cleaning services, you contract to clean your house once a week or once a month and the price is fixed by the company. At VHC we have two ways for you to save, our value priced $60 Quick Clean, a great way to freshen up your house without adding the unnecessary expense of extra cleaning time and our Ala Carte Deep Clean, which, as the name suggests, gives you a more thorough cleaning and where you decide which rooms you want cleaned, one, several or all, keeping you in control of the cost.

VHC "$60 Quick Clean"

The VHC Quick Clean is very affordable and similar to the room cleaning you get when staying in a fine hotel.  Our Quick Clean provides all-carpets vacuuming, whole-house light dusting, kitchen floor and bathroom toilet and sink service.  By the time we're done,  your home will smell fresh and feel neat.  And our Quick Clean is always just $60.00! (3000 sq ft and less.) 

VHC "Ala Carte Deep Clean"

Our VHC Ala Carte Deep Clean is for those who want a deeper cleaning.  The Ala Carte Deep Clean lets you choose which rooms you want done, from one room to the whole house.  See ala carte form.  When your house is cleaned under our Ala Carte system, here's what you get: cleaning of all the cupboard and closet doors in the bathrooms and kitchen, wiping off of fingerprints and smudges from walls, removing of dried food from stove tops, washing of mirrors and removing of cobwebs from light fixtures.  And more.  

Do Both - Mix and Match

When we clean for you, there are no contracts to sign.  That means you're always free to choose which sort of cleaning from week to week is right for you.  You can mix and match the $60 Quick Clean and the Ala Cart Deep Clean as you have need.

The weeks that you just need your house touched up, choose the Quick Clean.  Your house will smell fresh and feel neat, like a room cleaning at a fine hotel.  But the weeks you want a deeper clean, one that gets the spots off the walls and soap scum off of the tub, grease marks off the tile and dried food off of the stove top, choose the Ala Carte Deep Clean.  And with Ala Carte Cleaning you decide which rooms you want serviced.  See ala carte form.
