VHC's THREE SIMPLE STEPS TO GETTING STARTED
- Call us at 1-888-6SPOTLESS and tell us which sort of cleaning you'd like. We'll make a cleaning appointment with you that fits your schedule. And note, you don't have to be there.
- If you choose the $60 Quick Clean, our cleaning time is one to one and a half hours. If you choose the Ala Carte Deep Clean, the time will vary, but will take no more than three hours.
- You can pay for your cleaning three ways, by credit card, see Pay button above, by check or by cash. Payment is due before the cleaning is done, and you can pay for your cleaning online by credit card by clicking PAY above or by leaving your check or cash payment for your cleaners. Every cleaning is backed by our VHC Guarantee.
HOW MUCH WILL A VHC CLEANING COST
ME?
The strength of the VHC cleaning system is that you determine how much
you spend on your house cleaning. Whether you choose our $60.00
Quick Clean or our Ala Carte Deep Clean, you are in control of the
cost. If you choose Ala Carte, you'll check off which rooms you want
cleaned and then leave the form for your VHC cleaning crew to
find. That way only the rooms you want cleaned get
cleaned.
Since every house is a different size, prices from house to house can
vary. But here are some examples of pricing:
Example 1: Cleaning a 2200 square foot house using our Ala Carte Deep Clean, and selecting ten rooms (LIVING RM, DINING RM, FAMILY RM, KITCHEN, 1/2 BTH, 3 BR, 2 FULL BTHS) will cost about $100.00 and take two crew members approximately two hours to finish.
Example 2: To clean the same house
Ala Carte, and selecting just the LIVING RM,
KITCHEN, 1/2 BTH and one FULL BTH will cost about $80.00 and take about
one and a half hours to finish.
Example 3: If you select Quick Clean, your service will include
vacuuming, light dusting, toilet and bathroom sink washing and kitchen
counter and floor cleaning. This will cost a flat $60.00.
HOW OFTEN WILL MY HOUSE BE CLEANED?
With VHC there is no contract or commitment. How often your house is
cleaned is up to you.
What towns do you clean in?
We are located in Glastonbury.
Currently we clean in the following towns: Manchester, East Hartford,
Wethersfield, Glastonbury and Marlborough.
What can I expect regarding the
cleaning crew?
It is typical for a two person cleaning crew to be assigned to your
house. Occasionally there may only be one person assigned. We
will try to keep the
same cleaning team coming each time for consistency. We believe that
the better your cleaning crew gets to know your house, the better your
house will be cleaned.
Do I have to sign a contract with VHC?
We don't have contracts at VHC. We're happy to clean your home when
you need it, as often or as little as you decide.
Do I need to be at home when VHC comes to clean?
It's not necessary for you to be at home when we
clean. Just leave us a key in a predetermined place. On the other hand, if you are home when we
clean, that's fine too.
Do you clean apartments?
Yes.
When will VHC be cleaning my home?
VHC's hours of operation are 8:30 AM - 5.00 PM, Monday - Friday,. We
will schedule either a morning or afternoon cleaning for you.
Can I change my scheduled cleaning time?
Of course. If you run into a conflict with your scheduled cleaning time that's
o.k., we're happy to make changes and switch
the cleaning to another day and time. We would appreciate a 48 hour
notice if possible. You can call us at 1-888-6SPOTLESS to reschedule.
Does the VHC cleaning crew bring it's own cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies?
Yes. Your VHC cleaning crew will be stocked with excellent cleaning
supplies and the best cleaning equipment to meet your needs.
What is the VHC GREEN CLEAN?
Many people like natural, biodegradable cleaning products to be used
in their homes. As a
result, we offer an optional Green Clean
package which includes environmentally friendly cleaning products by "Simple
Green." Our Green Clean product line provides you with the some
of the safest cleaners available. An
additional 15% charge for these products applies.
How should I prepare the house before the cleaning?
Sure we can work around just about anything, but if you
pick up clothing, toys and any other items that would be in the way of
your cleaning team, your house will be cleaned just that much better.
What happens if something gets damaged during the cleaning?
We will be very careful when cleaning your home. Cleaning homes with care
is our business. But if something gets damaged or broken by your cleaning
crew, we will
do our best to repair the item or replace it.
How frequently will the cleanings be?
You decide on the cleaning frequency. We can clean every week, every
other week, once a month or even twice in a week (once before and once after a
party for example.) Plus, we can set up a pre arranged time so that
we come at that same time, each time, automatically.
How do I pay for the cleaning?
VHC accepts three types of payment. You may
leave a check or cash for us at your home on the day of your cleaning, or you can prepay
for your cleaning using your credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express
and Discover. To pay by credit card, click on the blue PAY tab at the top of
this web page and fill in the payment form. Your credit card payment
will be securely processed via PayPal. Note: credit card payments
are on a prepay basis and must be made prior to your
cleaning.
Do you guarantee your work?
We want you happy with your cleaning. If you are not satisfied please let us
know* and we'll make arrangements to re-clean the area you're unhappy
with at no charge.
